PLAY PEN RULES & SAFETY POLICY

With your soft play rental, we ensure your toddler's fun and safety during your booking. We value your safety.

Shoes Off

All play participants must remove their shoes before entering the play area. This includes adults and especially heels as this can puncture our mats.

Wash/Sanitize Hands

To reduce the spread of germs and maintain cleanliness of our equipment we require everyone to wash/sanitize their hands before entering the play area.

No Sharp Objects

No sharp toys, scissors, keys, or anything that can rip or damage the equipment allowed.

No Food, Drink, or Desserts

No food, drink, candy, or desserts are allowed in the play area.

No Messy Items

No face paint, slime, play dough, glitter, silly string, or anything that will stain/damage the equipment is allowed.

Equipment Stays Inside

All equipment must stay inside the play area and ball pit balls must be inside large ball pit at the time of pick up.

Adult Supervision Required

Adult supervision is required at all times while children are playing.
